about the church

‘Church of the Saviour is an Anglican Evangelical church based on a council estate in South Blackburn. We are a partner church in the Redeemer Benefice. At present we have two services a contemporary morning service at 11:15am with a brew beforehand, and normally something going on after; and an all age family service on Friday nights, ‘Friday LIVE.’ We are a growing church, in a hard place, but excited to see what the Lord will do. The vicar for the Redeemer Benefice is Chris Anderton, but the minister with responsibility for Church of the Saviour is James Lapping.
