Ministry Opportunities with Medhurst Churches

GOSPEL WORKER
ROCHDALE EVANGELICAL CHURCH

Are you willing to take a risk for Christ by joining a recently planted evangelical church in Rochdale? Rochdale is a town in Greater Manchester with over 110,000 people of which over 35% identify as Muslim.

The town includes some of the most deprived areas in Greater Manchester with the challenges associated with deprivation such as low income, unemployment, poor health and high levels of crime.

Rochdale Evangelical Church was planted in 2021 as an FIEC affiliated church plant supported by Oldham Bethel Church. We are conservative evangelical and dual-practice with respect to baptism.

Despite an encouraging start, the church is small in number and looking to add a full time gospel worker to help us grow. The church meets between a predominantly white area and a predominantly South Asian area.
